Improved Spotlight Results for Unmatched Records

We've enhanced Spotlight results in Patient Privacy Intelligence (PPI) to provide more complete user information when Identity matching data is unavailable. Previously, certain user details could appear blank if an event record was not matched to an Identity record. Spotlight will now automatically use information from the event source when Identity data is not available, resulting in more complete and informative search results while reducing the impact of unmatched records.

New Date Field Available for Investigation Forms

Investigation forms now support a new Date field type, making it easier to capture and track important dates as part of your investigative workflow. Form designers can add date fields anywhere within a form, apply the same dependency and validation rules available to other question types, and provide users with a calendar-based date picker for a more intuitive experience. Date values are also displayed and exported in a user-friendly format, helping ensure consistency across documentation and reporting.
